Business integrity management system Novozymes' management standard on business integrity is based on a number of principles and systems. The principles cover bribery, facilitation payments, money laundering, protection money, gifts, as well as political and charitable contributions. The systems enable employees to obtain guidance and anonymously raise concerns about possible breaches of the principles. They also require employees to report facilitation payments and large gifts.

Open dialogue The management system for business integrity has been well received and respected by employees, partly through an open dialogue on borderline cases between regional contacts and Novozymes’ Committee on Business Integrity.

External recognition Over the past year Novozymes' efforts have won wide recognition from business partners and other stakeholders, not least the employee booklet Bribery – no thanks!, which has been reprinted to meet external demand. Novozymes has also shared experiences with external stakeholders via interviews, articles, bilateral meetings, business networks, presentations at conferences, etc.
